- Delivery Locations
We offer shipping across Nigeria. Whether you’re in Lagos or another state, we’ll deliver your order right to your doorstep.
- Delivery Times
– Lagos: Orders within Lagos typically take 2-3 business days to arrive.
– Outside Lagos: Orders to other states generally take 3-5 business days depending on the exact location.
Please note that delivery times may be affected by external factors such as weather conditions or public holidays.
- Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address. You’ll see the exact shipping cost after entering your address and before completing your purchase.
- Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 24 hours of being placed, except on weekends and public holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
- Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order’s progress and estimated delivery date.
- Delivery Attempts
If you’re not available at the time of delivery, our courier partner will attempt to deliver your package up to two more times. If delivery is still unsuccessful, the package will be returned to us, and we will contact you to arrange a re-delivery (additional charges may apply).
- Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at info@sheasnature.com. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
- International Shipping
At this time, we only offer shipping within Nigeria. We’re working on expanding our delivery options in the future.
