Returns

• Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
• Condition: Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

 

Non-returnable items:

• Opened or used products
• Items not in their original condition
• Products returned after 14 days of delivery

 

Refunds

• Process: Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• Approved refunds: Processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.
• Shipping costs: Non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

 

Exchanges

• Damaged or defective items: If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
